Spiritual War

1

Satan’s goal has been, ever since his fall in heaven, to portray God as unjust and ruthless. In an unexplainable way Lucifer, who was the foremost in rank after Christ, started to envy Christ His position to the Father, and thoughts arose inside him that nourished distrust to God, and he began to represent Him in a bad light through lies and slandering. Through his fall from his exalted position as the most mighty angel, he became Satan, the accuser. All this happened because Satan was envious of Christ and wanted His position. Sin is meaningless and cannot be explained. One can only notice it's fruits and that it only brings misery with it.

A war arose in heaven, which culminated in God throwing Satan and his followers out of heaven as a consequense of their rebellion. It was given Satan a certain limited time to show what his ideology was about, that his way of ruling and way of thinking, which he had challenged God with, was better and more just than his. God did this so that it would become clear to the entire universe and it's inhabitants what Satan stood for. If God had removed Satan at once without the other citizens of the universe having any insight into why, it would seem as if Satan was right about his accusations against God, that He was ruthless and tyrannic. When Satan now has received plenty of time to show what he stands for, and that the results of his philosophy can come sufficiently into view, noone will accuse God when He finally, after the 6000 years of sin on earth is over, destroys Satan and all his followers, and in doing this cleanses the universe from all sin.

Sin can only be maintained in those who love sin more than God, and that hold fast to a mind that is in steady opposition against Him. When these persons no longer are, sin will disappear with them. It does not please God having to destroy creatures He has made in this way, but He has to. The risk of freedom and love is that someone can choose what leads to death, and noone can force anyone to do anything against their will, and noone can neither force anyone to not do anything against their will. These are principles that even God cannot go against. But there will be consequenses depending on what choices are being made. If people choose to obey sin more than God, this will lead to death. If people choose to follow the Lord, this will lead to life. God mourns over the fallen, even Satan, but they themselves have chosen the end of their lives, and God as the God of love and true freedom has to respect this.

Oh, that people will realize with what intense love God wants everyone to turn to Him. But sin has blinded many, and they don't realize their state, and they do not understand what God's will with them is, that He wants to lead them to true joy, true peace and true fellowship.

In all governing systems there is a need for laws, so that order is maintained. So it is also in Gods governing system. His simple law of ten commandments is an expression of Who He is, and He imposes all beings to follow this law. The ten commandments are a perfect expression of love.

«Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.» (Rom 13:10)

«And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.» (1 Jn 4:16)

When God created the world, this law was a natural part of the entire creation. Gods image was perfectly reflected in man whom He had created. His law was written in their hearts, and man was perfectly happy. Man received also an outwardly test on their loyalty towards God, a way that they could show in practice that they wanted to obey Him, and that He was their Lord and Master. God had planted a tree in the garden of Eden called «the tree of knowledge of good and evil», and was the only tree that they had a prohibition to eat of. The test consisted of obeying God in this one area, a manifest of freedom to choose to do the good. When man broke with this prohibition and ate of the tree, evil forces got access to destroy the planet and mess with Gods plan with man. If God hadn't immediately gone in and started His salvationplan, mankind would have been completely lost. God had a salvation plan ready even before man fell in sin. It had been decided in a counsel between the Father and the Son that if man should fall in sin, then the Son would come down to earth and and take on Himself man's sin and die in their place. Gods system of justice works in such a way that if an innocent dies for the guilty, then the guilty goes free. This required of Jesus that He had to be blameless in His walk here on earth, otherwise His sacrifice would be lost. Even if Jesus came in fallen human nature and felt all temptations on His body like you and I do, He never gave in to any temptation and walked irreproachable through His 33 year life here on earth. Never did He do anything wrong, never did He nourish a sinful thought. He was always surrendered in His Fathers hands in His service. He showed that it is possible for man – in his fallen nature – to resist all sin and temptations, because He did not make use of any means to resist sin that we do not also have available.

«Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.» (Heb 2:17,18)

By Gods power we can resist any sin.

«There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God  is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.» (1 Chor 10:13)

By His spotless life and work, Christ showed that He was that Lamb of God that was prophesied throughout thousands of years, and that the Jews through the Sanctuary service had proclaimed in generations. He, the Innocent, took upon Himself the sin of the entire world when He was killed on the cross of Golgatha. And when the sinner, in and by faith, accepts Christs sacrifice for us, and has full trust in that His sacrifice is sufficient to save anyone who repents their sin, and accepts Him as his or her Mediator and Saviour, he or she will be declared as forgiven in the heavenly books and goes free in the judgement.

How different is not Gods system of righteousness compared to the earthly one, where one can exclusively pay for ones own individual guilt, and can only settled by the guilty one himself. We can be glad that God does not think like a man, but has ambitions for mankind that are higher than we can imagine.

«For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.» (Isa 55:8,9)

Through its many religious enterprises, business-connections, social networks and all-party political collaborations, Babylon comprises all people in all classes from religious leaders and top-politicians to ordinary workers that do not have their lives consecrated to the One True God. Babylon is a mixture of all kinds of philsophies, where one agrees on a common minimum of moral guidelines and ideology so that one appears like a unity. This is something that has been the goal of Satan througout all centuries, to gather all people in opposition against the Creator and His way of ruling. If Satan succeeds in uniting all people under his banner in the insane and hopeless fight against Christ, then he will have succeeded in portraying God as a liar, because the Bible is clear that there will be living believers left on earth when Jesus comes. This involves Satan trying to kill everybody that refuses to submit.

Throughout all his years in opposition against God, Satan has had plenty of opportunities to gather his forces for the final battle against Christ. Also through persecuting Gods church has the devil tried to affect God. Many organizations have been used. Amongst the most famous of the persecutions is emperor Neros cruel treatment of the christians in the first century. Also in the following centuries did the christians experience persecution by the romans, but instead of having christianity extinct, the gospel was spread and the church grew as never before. All outer persecution and violence proved to not bring the desired result that Satan had wanted, and therefore he had to change the strategy to see if he could succeed in other ways. This transaction, which happened gradually in the first centuries after Christ had fulfilled His mission on earth, was a very clever one, and was also predicted in the Bible:

«Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.» (2 Tess 2:3)

The apostle Paul here speaks about a person who is the head of a false christian church. Another place he confirms this perception by informing us that Satan transforms himself into an angel of light:

«For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.» (2 Co 11:13,14)

Satan will no longer appear as a tyrant, but on the contrary as a considerate and understanding christian. People that adopted this attitude gathered themselves in an organization manifested in the form of The Catholic Church, that grew forth as a massive church of compromise, where all kinds of idols and paganism only changed names while keeping the same idolatrous traditions, teachings and philosophies.

If one looks at the organization of the Catholic Church, one finds countless of examples showing that it is not a christian church at all, but a heathen, worldly bastion of religion that worships idols under the cover of being a christian congregation. One uses ancient symbols, ancient statues, ancient religious teachings and calls it something else. The goddess Diana from roman myhology becomes the virgin Mary, the heathen egyptian teaching of three gods in one is transferred to a christian understanding of the biblical God in the shape of the trinity-doctrine, and the heathen celebration of the day of the sun becomes "the Lords day". The list describing the heathen customs and teachings the Catholic Church has transferred and "christianized" is long. It is in this connection important to point out that one here mentions a religious system, and not individual people. There are many cincere people within the Catholic Church that guaranteed will distance themselves from this church when they realize what it really is and stands for.

The philosophy of the Catholic Church is to find as a central part in much of the western political way of thinking, as the thoughts and traditions from the Catholic Church are included in plans and writings. One example of this is "Charta Eucumenica", which is a writing based on a catholic-philosophical thought pattern, which is to be directional for the work within the EU to gather all church societies to one.
